Hi, 

I’m Rosie, a certified Personal Trainer and Menopause Wellness Coach helping people over 40 build strength, boost energy, and feel confident in their bodies. My journey into fitness began in my 40s after experiencing early menopause. As a former art teacher and education manager, a role I still enjoy part-time, I still spend much of my life sitting at a desk, either coaching clients online or in my education management role, which is why I now love lifting heavy weights.

Fitness wasn’t always my passion. I used to dread PE, came last in cross-country, and was never picked for teams. But discovering strength training transformed my energy and confidence, and now I help others do the same.

I specialise in creating personalised, inclusive coaching plans to suit your needs, whether you’re navigating menopause or simply want to feel stronger. Let’s work together to unlock your potential and make movement something you love.
