

Paula has been practicing yoga for over 12 years and teaching for 4. Her background is Ashtanga Vinyasa and while she loves a strong class, her teaching style evolved to be mindful yet playful. Each class starts with a short meditation and pranayama (breath practice) and flows through a sequence to awaken heat from within, to then finish with a series of stretches and deep relaxation. It’s an all-level class with options for different abilities.
