Having grown up in Woodborough, I’m excited to be back after six years working as a Personal Trainer in London. With an MSc in Strength and Conditioning and a strong track record of client results, I’m committed to helping you reach your goals with a smart, tailored, and supportive approach.

I believe in creating a relaxed, calm environment while still pushing you to reach your full potential. My coaching philosophy is simple: get you stronger so you look better, feel better, and move better. I combine evidence-based training with genuine accountability, making sure you’re progressing every step of the way.

Outside the gym, I love staying active through running, cycling, and strength training. I’ve taken part in several triathlons, including the Bolton Half Ironman. I’m also a keen golfer who enjoys travelling and spending time outdoors.
