I’ve been into fitness my whole life, but my forties brought a change I wasn’t expecting. Slim but soft. Cardio and HIIT kept the weight off, but something was missing. Then COVID hit. Like many of us, I slowed down, ate more, and lost momentum. So I experimented — picked up weights at home, started lifting properly, and watched my body completely change. Leaner, stronger, more sculpted, and more energised than ever.People noticed. They asked questions. Then they asked me to train them. I loved it so much I retrained as a Personal Trainer — not a decision many would expect from a retired solicitor, but when something lights you up and changes lives, you follow it.I built an Instagram community of 20k followers, educating women on fitness and longevity. I do the research so you don’t have to. I’m now completing my Level 4 Nutrition certification, with a specialism in healthspan — not just how long you live, but how well. Strong, lean, and thriving at any age.As a retired solicitor I still support older adults in my community with legal and financial guidance. That same care and commitment comes into everything I do — including every client I train.At 54, I’m in the best shape of my life — and I can show you how to get there too.
