I’m a wife and mum to three kids, balancing a busy home life with a demanding career. In my late 20s, Idiscovered fitness as a way to keep up with my kids. When they were little and I worked from home, I had to get inventive — fitting workouts in early mornings using bodyweight sessions and DVDs before they woke up. They eventually joined me, and I’ve since created three gym-loving monsters I can (thankfully) still keep up with.
Running for headspace and completing a Sports Relief cycling challenge led me to join Bingham Tri Club in 2015, sparking a love for triathlon.
In 2018, I took my first step into coaching by becoming a Level 1 Triathlon Coach. I loved helping others build confidence and capability through movement, but like many, my work life shifted during Covid, and a career change in 2022 meant coaching had to take a back seat.
I’ve been a member of Fortis body and mind since October 2021, attending weekly sessions. I found a new way to train which fitter into my busy full time work schedule and busy family life. I became fitter, stronger and faster than I’d ever been before and I had been told this wasn’t possible in my 40’s. It fitted nicely around my new job role and it soon become the dominant fitness choice above everything.
In September 2025, I made the decision to go part-time with work, stepping down as director and finally take the leap into Personal Training — a change that feels long overdue and incredibly exciting.
I want to help people believe in themselves and encourage them to achieve their goals.
