Having practised yoga for many years and knowing the wide ranging benefits it brings Annie decided to become a Yoga Instructor 12 years ago - initially to broaden her knowledge but then found she gained immense satisfaction from seeing others learn to make yoga a part of their lives too!

Annie teaches different forms of yoga but particularly enjoys Yin and Vinyasa. Yin Yoga allows a deeper more meditative practice and the flows of Vinyasa warm and strengthen the body.

Annie teaches people at all levels and ages, always hoping to show the importance of listening to your body so that you can enjoy developing a practice that's right for you - to calm your mind, re-align your body and generally improve flexibility.

When not teaching yoga, Annie works as a Health Care Assistant and can also often be found with a garden fork/paintbrush in hand or helping out one of our 5 grown up kids!
