We offer a varied range of classes including:

Yoga, Stretch & Core (Mondays 9.30am)

Low Impact Zumba (Mondays 11.45am)

Barbell Pump (Mondays 7.00pm)

Yoga (Tuesdays 6pm)

HIIT, High Intensity Interval Training (Wednesdays 5.45pm & 6.30pm)

Yoga (Thursdays 11am)

Barbell Pump (6.30pm)

Bootcamp (Saturdays 8.15am & 9am)

Legs, Bums & Tums (Sunday 8.30am)

Members can book ALL classes using a "Credit".

Non Members can also book any class for £10.
